Terms of Service

§ 1. General Provisions
- These Terms of Service (Regulations) define the rules for using the website available at evolvedigital.eu and the services provided by Evolve Digital Strategy Solutions (Service Provider).
- By using the Platform, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Regulations and agree to comply with them. Use of the Services is conditional upon acceptance of these Regulations.
- These Regulations are made available free of charge via the Platform in a form that allows for their acquisition, reproduction, and recording. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Regulations.
- All matters not covered by these Regulations shall be governed by the applicable provisions of Croatian law and European Union law, in particular the GDPR.
§ 2. Definitions
- Platform – The website operating at the address evolvedigital.eu.
- User – Any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit using the Platform and its services.
- Services – The digital strategy, e-commerce, content, and analytics services offered by the Service Provider.
- Service Provider – Evolve Digital Strategy Solutions, with its registered office at Narodni trg 1, 21000 Split, Croatia.
- Regulations – These Terms of Service.
§ 3. Type and Scope of Services Provided
- The Service Provider offers strategic consulting services in the field of digital transformation, e-commerce, content marketing, and data analytics. The detailed scope of Services is defined in individual agreements with clients.
- The Platform allows Users to browse information about the Services, read case studies and articles, and submit inquiries via the contact form. Use of the informational part of the Platform is free of charge.
- To use the paid consulting Services, the User must enter into a separate service agreement with the Service Provider. The terms of this agreement will take precedence over these general Regulations.
- The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the continuous operation of the Platform but is not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by technical issues or external factors.
§ 4. Technical Requirements
- To use the Platform correctly, the User must have a device with internet access and a modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari) with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for technical problems or limitations on the User's equipment that prevent them from using the Platform.
- The User is solely responsible for ensuring the security of their device and data.
§ 5. Rights and Obligations of the User
- The User agrees to use the Platform in accordance with its intended purpose, applicable law, and these Regulations. It is forbidden to provide illegal content.
- The User is obliged to provide true and accurate data when using contact forms or entering into service agreements. The User is responsible for any consequences arising from providing false data.
- All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of the Service Provider and is protected by copyright. The User may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without the express written consent of the Service Provider.
- The User is prohibited from taking any actions that could disrupt the functioning of the Platform, including interfering with its code or using malicious software.
- Violation of these Regulations may result in the blocking of access to the Platform and, in the case of clients, termination of the service agreement.
§ 6. Final Provisions
- Any disputes arising from the provision of Services will be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled by the competent court for the Service Provider's registered office.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Regulations. Users will be informed of any changes through a notice on the Platform.
- These Regulations shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the Platform.
